    A rare opportunity has arisen for an Parts Supervisor or a Senior Parts Advisor looking to step up and to join our team to help further enhance our customer experience.

    This position will be Monday to Friday and will include rostered Saturdays.

    Your main duties will include:
    • Handling customer requests and enquiry
    • Upselling of products and generating business
    • Ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction
    • Ordering & selling parts
    • Costing and completion of invoices
    • Quotations
    The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
    • Experience in a similar parts role within the automotive industry
    • A self-starter with a desire to be the "go to" person in the market
    • Customer focused with confident communication skills
    • Personable "can do" attitude and approachable attitude to developing and executing strategies and companywide improvements.
    • Strong computer skills
    • Good organisation & time management skills
    • Able to work well under pressure
