BMW, the world's leading premium vehicle manufacturer, is seeking the Ultimate Receptionist. Our Company operates two authorised solus BMW dealerships located in the cities of Tauranga and Hamilton and covering the Bay of Plenty and Waikato territories.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist for an immediate start at our busy Hamilton Dealership.

The successful applicant will need to be immaculately presented, mature minded, organised, efficiently and be able to work in a team environment.
Computer skills are essential including MS Word, Excel & Outlook. This role involves banking and reconciling EFTPOS transactions so honesty and integrity is essential. An understanding on debtors and creditors would be of advantage. There is also an opportunity to assist the Company Accountant for a day a week to assist with the Company Payroll and other administrative duties of which experience with MYOB would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will also be required to complete daily administrative functions specific to the motor vehicle industry. While industry experience would be ideal, we are prepared to train the right applicant.
A full clean driver's licence is required.
Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 7.30am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
There may be a requirement to work the occasional Saturday so flexibility would be advantageous (Monday or Friday off in lieu).
