Eagers Automotive Corporate currently have opportunities for enthusiastic Trainee Finance and Insurance Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates for this role will have retail or customer service experience.
Duties include:
Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership
Offering Finance and Insurance solutions that show genuine care for our customers
Making all interactions with our business effortless and easy
Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services.
The successful applicant will possess:
Consistent track record of exceptional customer service
A willingness to learn and a positive can do attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and foster successful relationships
The ability to work autonomously
High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
A full or restricted drivers licence
This is a full time role which will involve weekend work.
