We have a great opportunity for an experienced Reconditioning Manager to join our team in Penrose.
In this role you will be expected to arrange the reconditioning for a large number of vehicles per month and provide an excellent aftersales service to our clients.
You will be dealing with suppliers who will be doing mechanical work, paint and panel, auto electrical, grooming and any other jobs required to get the vehicles prepared for sale.
Industry Motors deal in exciting types of vehicles, not everyday boring cars that other dealers deal in. This brings the excitement of working with unique cars. We have a very high standard with the quality that we present the cars in.
The successful candidate will need the following skills:
Full drivers licence
Demonstrable experience in reconditioning
High organisation and time management skills
Good technical knowledge in a wide range of motor vehicles
A background in the automotive industry
Excellent English communication both written and verbal, and be a clear engaging speaker
Proven customer service and interpersonal capability, able to build rapport and understanding with diverse people
Process orientation - people, task, time and organisational
A sense of humour, positive attitude and tons of common sense
High level of computer literacy
