  • The Site Leader holds the pivotal role to set a good example for the team, by being a model of grace, patience, fastidious, organized and efficient administration.

    The Site Leader administratively supports management to ensure the fundamentals of the business processes are well organized, and in accordance with policy and procedures of the practice.

    We are looking for someone who is professional, warm, calm and flexible with excellent organisation and communication skills. Multi-skilling is critical as is the ability to shift gears quickly when requirements and processes change within Healthcare.

    This role includes all functions of a medical administrator, both front of house and back of house. The Site Leader also participates in serving patients at reception.

    Proven skills in a busy administration/customer service role and the ability to support change management and contribute to the positive workplace culture. Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred, but not essential.

    Other skills looked at favourably include:
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices
    • Experience in medical management software and debtors
    • Previous experience supervising staff
    • Experience working across multiple locations
    This is a full- time role at 40 hours per week, with flexibility required to work between 8am-8pm 7 days a week.
