The Giltrap Group is a strong, successful and highly respected New Zealand owned business, founded in 1966 by Sir Colin Giltrap. It includes a wholesale division, finance company and a retail division that represents 16 brands in 12 locations across Auckland.
At Giltrap Penrose Service Centre, we're currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing Nissan and Holden service team.
This role involves frontline contact with our company's many customers, and as a face of our service centre we have high expectations of honesty, competence, professionalism and delivering on the commitments made to these customers.
The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate:
A background in customer service / sales
Excellent time management
A high level of personal presentation
An approachable and friendly personality
Clear communication skills (to enable you to relay information effectively with both customers and staff)
Experience in the automotive industry would be ideal but not essential.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and be relevant to the qualifications, skills and experience you bring to our team.
