Industry Motor Group requires a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Penrose.
We're looking for a creative marketer who can generate leads and develop as well as implement a marketing plan. An understanding of digital marketing is essential, and copywriting experience would be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will enjoy a role with variety, with the following responsibilities:
developing and managing marketing plans through multiple channels
CRMs (AutoPlay, Motorcentral)
content creation
coordinate the Ads Manager account
manage online presence and social media accounts
website management and development
coordinate Trade Me ads
Google analytics
reporting (ROI, lead source, cost per lead)
liaising with agency partners
reporting on leads to conversions (by salesperson and source).
About you:
a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a sound understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
high level of written and verbal communication skills
self-starter with strong multitasking and organisational skills
very good attention to detail
exceptional interpersonal skills
basic Photoshop/InDesign/graphic design skills are essential
a passion for cars will be an advantage.
