PhotoLife Studios is New Zealand's Leading School Photographers.
This position involves interaction with schools and is critical in terms of accuracy, meeting deadlines and providing outstanding customer service.
You must have the following PROVEN skills:
High level of computer literacy and fast accurate Touch Typing
Excellent spoken and written English
Commitment to solving customer queries and providing the best customer service
Good all round office skills
Mature outlook with an organised approach to your work
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Absolutely essential is your ability to be accurate and take pride in doing your job with a "no mistakes" attitude. You will need to be highly organised, efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a helpful, patient customer service attitude.
Duties will include:
Typing using databases
Telephone and Reception work
Liaising with customers to sort and finalise jobs
Compiling and processing orders
You will enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a job through to completion and like the stability in working on clearly defined duties. Industry experience is not necessary, more important is your proven work experience and ability to pick up new computer processes quickly and accurately.
Hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
