An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer service professional to join our Pukekohe team in an Internal Sales / Customer Service role.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is organised, enthusiastic with a passion for customer service excellence.
Other key skills and attributes include:
3+ years experience in customer service
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A bubbly, outgoing personality
High level of personal presentation and professionalism
Strong computer skills and able to pick up systems quickly
A reliable work ethic
Professional phone manner with strong interpersonal skills
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
Previous experience with an ERP system would be advantageous
