We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Portfolio Manager to join our successful Northcote team.
In this role, you will be involved in the management of a portfolio of properties and grow your business.
We are seeking someone with previous portfolio management experience who enjoys the mix of taking charge and ownership over their own portfolio but also working in a friendly, close knit team.
The successful applicant will:
Be fluent in Mandarin
Easily relate to people from all walks of life
Have a mature and confident attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to problem-solve and take initiative
A genuine commitment to the growth of the portfolio
A "can do attitude", results driven
A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent time management skills
Competent computer skills
Work within a positive, friendly team
