We are small but very busy admin team based in East Tamaki who support a variety of business units. We are looking to fill a key supporting role within our current Administration structure.
To be successful in this role you will have great attention to detail, admin and accounts background, excellent administrative and organisational skills, along with strong computer skills. Strong background and skill sets using Xero is a must.
While you are intelligent and apply your skills to projects and day to day tasks without ongoing supervision, you are also up for pitching in with the rest of the team as required.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills:
Xero management and reconciliations
Analytical and data management skills
Bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable skills
Experience in GST returns and the ability to work to a P&L level
Other general administration duties to support the team.
Attributes of the person we are looking for:
A great attitude and the ability to work well in a team
Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organisational skills
Expert Level Xero user
Shopify reporting experience an advantage
Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent communications skills, confident with dealing with a variety of people
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
