We have a position for a phone based Sales Consultant / BDM to sell our unique recruitment solution. Our service enjoys a high hit rate with consistent levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
We're looking for someone with big goals and aspirations; a person ready for a new challenge that will bring plenty of rewards.
You will have a passion for using your initiative to create new business opportunities and developing strong relationships that lead to long term repeat business.
You will need to have a track record of success, and will be comfortable selling new business over the phone, following up leads, dealing with decision makers and closing a steady pipeline of sales.
We work across Australia and New Zealand and any experience selling to Australian businesses in specific vertical markets would be helpful.
To succeed in the role you will need:
Proven phone based new business sales track records
The ability to establish rapport with clients and close sales
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
To be highly motivated with the drive to succeed
The ability to write effective business eMails
Confident computer skills
To be a 'go-getter' with strong initiative
