As one of the very first Harcourts franchises, Harcourts Holmwood is a stable, successful, and spritely company with five offices in Christchurch - Ilam, Bryndwr, Merivale, Fendalton and St Albans. Based in our Head Office, you will be integral to the success of our busy team.
With our current Trainer moving into another role in our company we have an exciting opportunity for a current agent, sales manager, or auctioneer to join our super team as our Training Manager.
We would like to chat with applicants that are:
Currently licenced as a real estate salesperson (or higher)
Well experienced in the industry with a strong track record of results both in listing and selling residential real estate
Well organised, hard workers that lead by example
Individuals looking for the next step in their real estate career, keen to develop their training and leadership skills.
The successful applicant will receive all the training and mentoring they need to succeed in their new role by Bridget Gabites and Tony Jenkins, both well known in the industry for their training and leadership acumen.
