We are looking to recruit an organised and efficient Automotive Service Advisor to provide excellent service to our clients, and top level support to our technical team.
This role will include booking & scheduling customer appointments, job costing and invoicing, warranty administration and the general management of the service office.
The hours of work for this position are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning.
The successful candidate:
Must have a passion for customer service
Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have sound computer skills
Have the ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a busy environment
A clean full driver's licence is essential for this role and experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
