  • An opportunity has become available for an autonomous individual to join our busy real estate sales and property management business.

    Reporting to the Managing Director, our Holiday Accommodation Manager will be responsible for:
    • Marketing
    • Bookings and guest care
    • Basic business reporting
    • Property, Housekeeping, and Client management
    We're looking for someone with a friendly disposition, reliability and the enthusiasm to develop a property management career.

    Whilst experience in the Accommodation or Hospitality industries is ideal, it is not essential - what's important is your attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • An understanding of common business practises including contracts, electronic payments, management of outsourced contractors and basic accounting.
    • Accuracy in all work and the ability to self check all work
    • High degree of responsibility
    • Clean police record
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong client and customer focus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all channels - face to face, telephone, email and social media.
