If you are a customer service and administration superstar with the right attitude and willingness to learn, we can teach you all you need to know for the job.
Be stimulated in our rewarding, fast-paced environment, taking charge of this pivotal position which generally incorporates a range of reception and administrative tasks including but not limited to answering the phone, greeting clients, invoicing/accounts, water rates, database entry as well being our 'go to' person to keep our department functioning well.
This is not a straight forward admin job though because as you'll also have the variety of supporting the team with admin functions and opportunity of helping with organising maintenance, photographers & marketing, lettings, project assistance and a whole heap of marketing stuff & social media stuff.
