    • Due to one of our team members relocating out of Auckland, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or Portfolio Manager to join Barfoot & Thompson's New Lynn team, awarded Number 1 West Auckland Property Management office 2016-2020.

    As a Property Portfolio Manager, with the support of a highly skilled & experienced management and a friendly close-knit team as, you will be looking after your own set of tenants/landlords/properties from start to finish with the help of our assistant.

    Each day offers variety, with responsibilities that are wide-covered. Your key ones are maintaining and building strong, loyal relationships, solution providing, property inspections, organising maintenance, advertising, viewings and tenant selection.

    To uphold our excellent service expectations, you will need to be a thorough, organised & process driven person, dedicated to providing exemplary service. You'll easily relate to people from all walks of life, have a mature and confident attitude, be used to working to regulations and compliance requirements and have a natural aptitude to proactively grow your business and capability to smash deadlines and targets.
