  • The Manukau Toyota Group is the largest Toyota dealer in NZ, selling and servicing hundreds of vehicles every month between our 6 locations.

    We are seeking a well presented, hospitable and organized receptionist with a positive outlook to join our busy Administration Team.

    The nature of this role requires:
    • Great attention to detail
    • Excellent Phone Etiquette
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Understanding of accounts / reconciliations
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Pro-active
    • Ability to multitask & think outside the box
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to advanced preferable)
    • Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
    • Proven time-management skills
    • Great written & oral communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
    Experience is preferred but not essential.

    This is an important role therefore being punctual and reliable is a must!
