Understanding of accounts / reconciliations advantageous
The Manukau Toyota Group is the largest Toyota dealer in NZ, selling and servicing hundreds of vehicles every month between our 6 locations.
We are seeking a well presented, hospitable and organized receptionist with a positive outlook to join our busy Administration Team.
The nature of this role requires:

Excellent Phone Etiquette
Customer Service Skills
Understanding of accounts / reconciliations
Ability to work unsupervised
Pro-active
Ability to multitask & think outside the box
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate to advanced preferable)
Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Proven time-management skills
Great written & oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as an individual
Experience is preferred but not essential.
This is an important role therefore being punctual and reliable is a must!
