    We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative, who will be the front-line contact for all of our customers. This position is 'hands on' and a vital part of our team. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys building strong relationships with our customers, and our team.

    Duties include:
    • Serving customers and processing all transactions correctly
    • Maintain accurate and up to date paperwork
    • Answering of telephone calls from customers and key suppliers
    • Ensuring our customers are liaised with and services provided in a timely manner
    • Managing enquiries and assisting customers face to face and via phone
    • Processing over the counter sales
    • Process driver dockets
    • Responsible for inducting all new customers onto our yard
    • Health and safety
    • Strong work ethic and reliability essential
    Skills and experience required:
    • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
    • Quick learner
    • Good attention to detail especially in data entry and customer service
    • A positive, professional, and proactive attitude to work
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Great phone manner and customer focused
    • Customer focused
    • Multi tasker
    • Computer literacy required
    • Must have NZ driver's license
    • Strong work ethic and reliability essential

    Experience in the building and construction industry is preferred but not essential.

    Full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
