We currently have an opportunity available for a Furniture Removalist to join our team based in Timaru.
Duties include professionally packing, wrapping, stowing, loading and unloading of household effects and furniture for domestic and international shipments.
This is a great opportunity to upskill and advance in your career. Training is provided and there are unit standards of qualifications available. We're also willing to help successful applicants gain their truck licence.

Our successful applicant will have:
A full class 1 drivers licence (additional drivers licence classes an advantage)
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded however is not essential
A clean tidy appearance and a good level of physical fitness and health
A positive, honest, reliable, and professional demeanour
Strong communication and customer service skills as customer care is very important to us
The ability to lift 20kg items independently
The ability to lift heavy, awkward items
This is a full time permanent position with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. Hours are usually Monday - Friday however there will be optional Saturday work available during peak periods.
Remuneration will be aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.
