We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to help ensure our busy Penrose Branch and surrounding areas are functioning at the highest level. We will also require you to assist in our Drury branch at least once a week. This role has loads of variety and would suit someone who enjoys working in a trade environment.
You will be responsible for:
Face to face customer sales
Dealing with phone queries and orders
Providing support to the sales team
Dealing with account queries and credit control
Maintaining relationships and instore sales volumes
Calling and following up with customers to maintain relationships
