    About the role:
    We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and passionate Office Administrator to the team. You will need to be a real people person, able to connect and relate to a wide range of different people. You will be process orientated, being responsible for various administrative, basic accounting and real estate support functions. However, you will also have the creativity to design outstanding real estate marketing material, using software such as Publisher, PowerPoint among other design software.

    Ideally, you will have about 5 years of experience in the same sort of role with proven results.

    The hours can be flexible for the right candidate but will be approx. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

    Your responsibilities:
    • Perform all reception and administrative duties with a positive attitude.
    • Manage and operate real estate software and other related software and websites.
    • Take responsibility for improving our social media presence.
    • Develop and improve, where needed, our office systems.
    • Assist with Property Management administration.
    Skills and experience:
    • Great communication and customer service skills.
    • Experience in a similar role in real estate would be advantageous.
    • Strong organisation, planning and process skills.
    • Experience in using real estate software.
    • Excellent computer and word processing skills - including design programmes like Publisher and PowerPoint.
    • A good grasp of basic accounting and the use of Xero.
