    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our busy, professional and energetic team. 

    This role is based in Hamilton and is part of a supportive and friendly team, whose key responsibilities are to provide accounts and administration support. The role will be reporting to the Administration Manager.

    Key responsibilities of the position are:
    • Accounts payable processing, including data entry processing, invoice verification and processing of payment runs.
    • Accounts receivable processing including customer account queries, credit control and reconciliations
    • Assisting with month end tasks including balance sheet reconciliations
    • Continuous process review and improvement to create improvement opportunities within the organisation that are in line with best practice
    • Customer phone support
    • General administration
    The successful applicant will display the following skills and attributes:
    • 3+ years' experience in an accounts or finance role
    • Experience with payroll software and processing
    • Experience using accounting software - Infusion would be advantageous
    • Be proficient in MS Office
    • A superb telephone manner and be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service
    • Be an enthusiastic team player, who is organised, can prioritise, is flexible and uses your initiative and has an upbeat and positive attitude
    • The ability to work autonomously
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Remuneration will be aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.
