    Skin Institute has been operating in New Zealand for 25 years focusing on skin cancer treatments, veins, medical dermatology, cosmetic surgery, appearance medicine and skin care. The Group has two Retail Brands that specialise in advanced, laser, skin, body treatments including appearance medicine.

    This is a full time role based in our Support Office in Takapuna, with occasional travel to our clinics and stores across New Zealand.

    This is a new role created due to the growth of the Group in 2019 and the continued growth plans for 2020.

    This role will include the full remit of HR activities with particular emphasis on managing the recruitment process due to business growth, working in a small HR team working across all of the Skin Institute Group.

    You will be customer focused and highly motivated with the ability to pick things up and run with them. An exceptional eye for detail is imperative and a highly organised approach, as you will have deadlines and changing priorities to manage. A key project for 2020 is to support in the implementation of our new HRIS.

    In this role you will:
    • Support hiring managers in end to end recruitment process and ensure that constant processes are followed across the Group
    • Be able to think pragmatically and provide accurate, timely advice on a range of HR issues
    • Support Managers in building team members capability across the business, planning and supporting development, and utilizing relevant resources and facilitating as required
    • Along with other HR team members, ensure all Administration is kept up to date
    • The role will be an additional backup in administering payroll
    Do you have?:
    • Practical experience in HR advising/ Administration
    • Knowledge of current NZ Employment Law
    • Relationship Management and experience with working with multiple stakeholders
    • Experience or exposure across all areas of HR function
    • Extremely organised and excellent attention to detail
    • Strong internal customer focused, yet commercially aware
    • Experience in Healthcare and or Retail an advantage however not essential
    • Experience in Payroll an advantage however not essential
