  • We are looking for a front line Service & Parts Advisor to join our team, and by front line we mean someone who can embody the professionalism and passion of the fine vehicles we represent.

    The key responsibilities of this exciting and extremely important role will be managing the customer experience in our service & parts department. You will be responsible for making bookings, costing of work completed, warranty claim processing, parts sales & ordering, greeting customers and managing their needs and expectations.

    The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

    • Time management, organisational and administrative skills
    • Self-motivation and outstanding customer service skills
    • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
