  • Fortune Master Broker Limited (FMB) is a newly formed FSP organisation and part of the registered and full SFC broking licence in HK. FMB has recently set-up an office in Orewa, Auckland.

    We are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser with a genuine interest in keeping Kiwis connected here and to the world. FMB has been setup to provide broking services to NZ residents wishing to acquire shares in NZ or overseas stock market.

    Reporting to the Head Office in China and the Director in NZ, you will partner with our International Business Team in China and Hong Kong to develop and implement a business plan to achieve long term new customer growth in your key sector. You will work collaboratively with our Management Team in China and Hong Kong Office to ensure successful onboarding of new clients. You will be the driving force of the business here in NZ.

    To be considered for this role, you will need to be a Certified Financial Planner, Authorized Financial Adviser (AFA) with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. It is essential you have a high level of understanding in AML/CFT procedures and compliance programmes, risk assessment, FMA Legislation and codes of conduct.

    • Mature and self-disciplined with a high level of integrity and business acumen
    • A friendly yet professional manner and exceptional customer service skills
    • A driven financial expert and able to lead the business
    • You will demonstrate exceptional sales and organisation skills in serving customers/clients
    • Ensure the highest level of credit disciplines and compliance adherence

    Applicants with broking experience will be preferable but we welcome a retired/semi-retired mature, experienced Financial Adviser. This is a part time position and would suit someone who is looking for a work-life balance.

    Hours of work can be discussed and remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
