  • Ray White Mount Maunganui and Papamoa are located in the heart of our fantastic town world famous for sun, sea, surf and its carnival summer atmosphere.

    We're currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our Mount Maunganui team.

    In this role you will be the friendly face of our office, responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, as well as providing office, sales and property management administration support.

    This is an important role so we need a self-starter with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • Strong IT skills
    • Knowledge of accounts
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    • High level of emotional intelligence and a positive and friendly attitude
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
    Experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
