We currently have an opportunity available for a dynamic, customer focused Service Advisor to join our team representing Holden and Renault.
This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a local company during an exciting growth period. This opportunity would suit someone looking to take on more responsibility as you'll be required to run the Napier workshop while the Service Manager is not present.
While previous experience within the automotive industry is advantageous, demonstrating a strong focus on customer service and a great work ethic will guide our decision.
About the role Daily, you will be scheduling customer bookings and ensuring that our customers understand the work that needs to be completed on their vehicle and maintaining great communication with customers and technicians throughout the service process.
You will also make sure that our technicians know what is required for the day, ensuring time frames and customer expectations are met to the highest standard.
Skills / Requirements:
Extensive experience & dedication in a customer service role
Exceptional communication skills
Great attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Confidence with Job Costing & Invoicing
High levels of personal presentation
A full valid NZ driver's licence
