  • Due to growth we are currently looking for our next Service Advisor superstar to join the team at our multi franchise dealership, Euromarque in Christchurch Central.

    Our Service Advisors are responsible for supplying our customers with a high level of service through excellent communication and attention to detail.

    Daily duties would include making bookings, invoicing, administration tasks, communicating with the Workshop Foreman to meet our customers' expectations and keeping our customers informed on all aspects of their experience with us to build long lasting relationships.

    Our ideal candidate for this position would have:
    • Previous automotive experience or an interest in the automotive field
    • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to recognise concerns before the escalate
    • Good computer knowledge
    • Enjoy a customer facing role
    • Be able to work with a team and as an individual
    • High level of personal presentation
