At Ebbett Holden, we're currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Hamilton.
We are seeking a professional, well presented team player who has a can-do attitude. You must be willing to learn and look forward to hitting the ground running in a busy team environment.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Process new and used vehicle deals and associated paperwork.
Processing of all vehicle incentive and fleet receipts from Holden NZ.
Effective and accurate credit control and associated tasks.
Prompt follow up on all cash sales.
Prompt and accurate processing of all sundry invoices.
Manage workplace health and safety.
Process payments and enter into ANZ direct online.
Oversee and order all company stationery and office products.
Backup the receptionist.
Backup creditor processing.
Skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a broad administrative role including AR/AP.
Intermediate level MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence working unsupervised and able to use initiative.
Excellent time management skills.
