Three Sixty Limited are a creative design and manufacturing company based in Albany. We specialise in high speed, high quality manufacturing and design work throughout Australasia. The company was founded 20 years ago and is fully NZ owned and operated employing 56 staff.
We design anything! Including many promotional designs for agencies and clients directly as well as interior fit outs for stores and offices. Retail fit outs and bespoke designs are a speciality.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly receptionist to join our team as our current receptionist is moving to a new role within the company.
You will be responsible for greeting all visitors to reception, managing all incoming calls, processing timesheets and invoices (data entry) and other administration tasks as required.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
A confident, professional and friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and oral.
Computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft suite, Adobe suite.
The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Accuracy with data entry and other tasks are a must.
A natural ability to multi-task.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
A full and current NZ drivers' licence.
You must be a NZ resident or legally allowed to work in NZ.
