  • Three Sixty Limited are a creative design and manufacturing company based in Albany. We specialise in high speed, high quality manufacturing and design work throughout Australasia. The company was founded 20 years ago and is fully NZ owned and operated employing 56 staff.

    We design anything! Including many promotional designs for agencies and clients directly as well as interior fit outs for stores and offices. Retail fit outs and bespoke designs are a speciality.

    At Three Sixty we do things a little bit differently, instead of our clients having day to day interactions with a separate Account Manager who then passes all information on to a Designer, our Designers are also our Account Managers.
    This means, that all conversations we have with our clients are not only with someone who understands the brief, but it is someone who can also have on the spot discussions on how a job may be realistically designed and built.

    We understand this is a unique role for anyone's experience. A high level of self-organisation and time prioritisation are a must. You will have good attention to detail with the capacity to process a high volume of information at a fast pace. The role is constantly interacting with clients and colleagues so you will be comfortable dealing face to face with customers as well as managing the account and design projects. Strong written and verbal communication is vital to this role.

    Our Designer/Account Manager role will see the project through from drawing to installation and communicate with the client throughout to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both the company and the client.

    In this role you will:
    • Build and preserve trusting relationships with clients.
    • Manage and develop major accounts and relationships.
    • Prepare and lead client presentations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
    • Drive project execution internally with all key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to their budget and deadline.
    • Be able to travel overseas and throughout NZ to conduct client meetings.
    • Ability to work overtime when and where it is required, including occasional Saturdays.
    Our successful applicant will have:
    • A Design Degree in spatial, product or industrial.
    • Sketching, modelling and drafting of concepts.
    • Excellent time management with the flexibility and ability to multi task.
    • Computer literacy and the ability to use Adobe suite and CAD programmes (Primarily in the use of Sketchup).
    • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
    • The ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
    • A full and current NZ drivers' licence.
    • You must be an NZ resident or legally allowed to work in NZ.
