    Your day will be a diverse one, but your main duties will include:
    • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
    • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails
    • Loading / maintaining property listing files
    • Processing marketing and website advertising
    • Loading / processing sales transactions
    • Collecting / distributing mail
    To be successful in this role, you will need:
    • Previous experience in a busy administration / reception role
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written
    • Intermediate / advanced computer skills and the ability to learn new programmes
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Previous experience with accounts is preferred, but not essential
