NetYourJob is a busy on-line recruitment company on Auckland's North Shore. We're looking for a Trainee Candidate Coordinator to join our telephone screening team.
You'll need previous work experience, preferably in a phone-based, or customer service role. You must have strong spoken English communication skills and the confident ability to interact with people from all walks of life.
You'll also be writing candidate reports forwarded to clients. This requires excellent written composition skills to a tertiary (Bachelor's Degree or higher) level, so this position could suit a recent University graduate.
We may be open to suitably qualified people on a Working Holiday Visa, provided you are qualified to work in NZ with no restrictions and with reliable transport to and from Albany.
There is NO cold calling in this role. We handle job vacancies across New Zealand and Australia, and in this position you'll be returning messages and calling candidates for interviews.
Your computer skills must be good, especially your typing speed and accuracy. Training will be provided on our systems, so ability to quickly pick up new systems is required.
