Opportunity for an experienced Administrator
Varied position in an exciting and fast paced industry

Harcourts JK Realty Group are currently looking for two motivated Office Administrator to join our teams.
In this role you will be the friendly face of our office responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Entering new sales and commercial listings
Uploading and storing all listing photography
Filing and preparing documentation
Creating weekly and monthly reports for meetings
Maintaining online and printed marketing
This is an important role so it is essential you have proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, as well as the ability to use initiative and work proactively.
Other valuable skills and attributes include:
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure
Being open to change
A basic understanding of collateral designing
A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
Being an effective team player
Additionally, to the above, a good background and expertise in marketing will be highly valued in any candidate that applies.
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
