  • We are now looking for an energetic Service Advisor to join our team in New Lynn.

    Automotive knowledge is not essential - the key to success in this position is a bubbly, enthusiastic approach combined with a commitment to customer service and exceeding expectations.

    Reporting to the Service Manager, your main duties will be:
    • Invoicing
    • Booking in and checking out vehicles
    • Answering incoming phone calls
    • Customer Service
    • General office duties
    Training in automotive administration will be provided to someone who demonstrates the following skills and attributes:
    • Customer focused with confident communication skills
    • Excellent computer & administration skills
    • Good organisation & time management skills
    • Able to work well under pressure
    • Well groomed with a positive can-do attitude
    • Sociable team player with energy and motivational skills
    Experience in a customer service based industry such as retail or hospitality would be favourable.

    It is essential you have a full clean drivers licence and your own vehicle as you will be travelling between our three dealerships to help out where required.

    This is a full time contract role covering maternity leave until April 2021. Hours of work are Monday to Saturday.
