  • Operating 3 Dealerships, Courtesy Ford Holds the Ford Franchise in the Manawatu and Horowhenua Regions.

    We are seeking to employ an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join our Palmerston North operation.

    A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work within time restraints is essential, Knowledge of the Magix software system is beneficial but in-house training will be given to bring you up to the required level of skill and knowledge.
    You will build and maintain relationships within the dealer network, customers and suppliers and have a high degree of computer accuracy.

    The successful applicant will be offered a full-time position of 40 Hours a week Mon- Fri, with flexibility to change as required for events / end of month processing.

    Reporting to and assisting the General Sales Manager / Office Manager, you'll have the following tasks and responsibilities:
    • Vehicle Stock Management
    • Vehicle Procurement
    • Registering / Relicensing vehicles
    • Clerical administration of vehicle paperwork
    • Problem solving / Multi-tasking
    The successful candidate will:

    • Have knowledge of the automotive industry
    • Have confident computer literacy together with good written and verbal communication skills
    • Be adaptable dynamic busy work environment
    • Have previous administration experience
    • Have strong prioritising and time management skills and be highly organised
    • Be well presented
    • Have a friendly and professional manner
    • Have a current Clean Drivers Record
