We are seeking to employ an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join our Palmerston North operation.
A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work within time restraints is essential, Knowledge of the Magix software system is beneficial but in-house training will be given to bring you up to the required level of skill and knowledge. You will build and maintain relationships within the dealer network, customers and suppliers and have a high degree of computer accuracy.
The successful applicant will be offered a full-time position of 40 Hours a week Mon- Fri, with flexibility to change as required for events / end of month processing.
Reporting to and assisting the General Sales Manager / Office Manager, you'll have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Vehicle Stock Management
Registering / Relicensing vehicles
Clerical administration of vehicle paperwork
Problem solving / Multi-tasking

Have previous administration experience
