We are part of the Miles Group, which operates throughout New Zealand, representing brands such as Mercedes Benz, Toyota and Kia.
We are seeking to employ a grooming team leader that can exceed our customers' expectations. This is a full time position and you will be joining a young and exciting team with the experience required to help you settle in.
The Role As the company's grooming team leader you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. You will be in charge of meeting and greeting our customers as they arrive into the dealership and directing them to the appropriate dealership personnel.
This role will also require you to manage our car park, ensuring a seamless flow of vehicles going in and out of our workshop, and supporting our grooming team to ensure our vehicles are cleaned to a high standard. You will also be required to be back up support for vehicle cleaning and customer deliveries.
We are looking for a mature, fun and outgoing person with an infectious personality. Your communication is second to none and you always remain positive to both our customers and to your work colleagues. You demonstrate your efficiency through managing your tasks over the course of the day, with the ability to think on your feet in this fast moving environment.
Requirements to succeed:
Outgoing, engaging, active
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Excellent communication, both verbally and written
Possesses the ability to multi-task and to see a task through to its conclusion
Able to have fun in a busy environment
Have a high standard of personal presentation
Full drivers licence, including manual vehicles
