    Cockram Kia are the largest KIA dealership in the South Island and we continually strive to become the number one KIA dealership in New Zealand. We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is ready to take the next step and join our team and achieve this goal.

    Due to recent growth in our business, a position has become available for a Service Supervisor. In this exciting and important role, not only will your skills and expertise be well rewarded, you will also have the opportunity of further career development within our nationwide group.

    Key aspects of this role include:
    • Provide an exceptional high level of service for our customers
    • Determining and arranging customer service needs
    • Technical experience and skills at a high level
    • Maintain day to day operations of the service department
    • Provide technical assistance to our customers, workshop staff and service advisors
    • Supervise and grow the service team to increase workshop gross profit
    Due to the importance of these tasks, the successful applicant must possess a strong eye for detail and the highest standard of numerical accuracy, an ability to quickly learn computer software and, of course, outstanding customer service skills! The ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines is essential, as is organisation, honesty, motivation and a determination to succeed.

    In addition to the above, to be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
    • A full/restricted New Zealand Driver's Licence
    • New Zealand residence with the ability to work full time
