    A new opportunity has opened up for someone to join our Head Office team in a Sales Support Administrator role.

    As a key member of our Sales Support team you will support the role and duties that plan, develop, implement and continuously improve systems and processes our sales team need to meet their objectives nationwide.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    • Supporting as needed enquiries that come through the Sales Support team as well as acting on occasion as a conduit between our national sales team and the team at head office
    • Administrate inductions for new people who join the business. This includes but is not limited to collating lists of new inductees, preparing and sending employment agreements, booking catering and accommodation, ordering shuttles and general logistics
    • Post induction setup of new inductees including applying for usernames and passwords, setting agents up in our systems and liaising with various external agencies to get them activated.
    • Attending "front of house" and handling any enquiries or customers that come in from time to time
    • Managing the daily office duties needed to keep head office running
    This role would be great for someone starting out in their career or with a few years experience in customer support or office administration.

    Key skills and attributes include:
    • 2 years in a customer support or office administration role is ideal, but not essential
    • Experience supporting management and/or supporting teams with day-to-day enquiries
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills and comfortable on the phone
    • Comfortable working well under pressure at times
    • Enjoy a varied working role and ability to multi-task
    • The ability to problem solve
    • Exceptional time management
