    UNO Property Management Specialists provides comprehensive, reliable and trustworthy services to property owners and investors in the Auckland area.

    We are looking for a charismatic Property Letting Agent to join our elite property management team in our Mt Eden office. Previous customer service background is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

    General Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
    • Handle enquiries from prospective tenants
    • Record prospective tenant information on the company database and follow up prospective tenants from the company database
    • Together with the Property Manager, prepare advertisements for available rental properties
    • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of available rental properties
    • Demonstrate available rental properties to prospective tenants
    • Check completion of tenancy applications by prospective tenants and check references
    • Prepare incoming property condition reports
    • Cut keys for new management properties and for all new tenants (as required)
    • Erect 'For Rent' signboards & maintain the signboard log database
    • Take photos and video tours of available rental properties
    • Provide feedback to the property Managers from prospective tenants regarding presentation and rent level
    • Check company website to ensure that all available rental property listings are accurately advertised
    • Attend all team meetings as well as all training sessions as directed by the Department Manager
    • Apply all procedures required of this role
    In return, you will be rewarded with a compensation package with base salary and commission - much better than market standard if you are the right person. There is strong potential for this position to progress into property manager.

    This is a full time role. Working half day on Saturdays to do viewings is essential (Friday afternoon off or Monday morning off).
