  • Ray White Mount Maunganui and Papamoa are located in the heart of our fantastic town world famous for sun, sea, surf and its carnival summer atmosphere.

    We're currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our Papamoa team.

    In this role you will be responsible for providing administration support to the sales team, as well as managing the social media and marketing aspects for the company.

    To be considered for this role you will need to have a strong background in administration and marketing to be able to hit the ground running.

    You will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, while maintaining an unflustered approach to your role.

    You will need to demonstrate:
    • Experience with all aspects of social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
    • Advanced computer skills
    • Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly
    • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
    • High level of emotional intelligence and a positive and friendly attitude
    Experience in the Real Estate industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.

    This is a part time role working around 30-35 hours per week (Monday- Friday), with the idea of moving to a full time role in the near future.
