Be the 'go-to' person for our Arthur D Riley Napier branch
Since 1909 Arthur D Riley has helped keep communities and businesses running with utility technology products, services and expertise.
We're currently seeking an experienced Administrator to be the 'go-to' person for our Napier branch.
You will be responsible for performing administrative and office tasks including; answering phones and emails, receiving visitors, providing general information about Arthur D Riley to the public and customers, as well as providing effective and efficient support to our Napier Office team.
Our successful applicant will have:
2+ years of experience in Administration and Reception
Previous experience in customer facing roles
A Full NZ drivers licence
Good personal presentation, interpersonal skills, and a welcoming demeanour
Confident computer skills including with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in monthly reporting, data entry, and filing
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills
A First Aid Certificate (an advantage but not essential)
This is a Part Time role working 9am - 3pm, 4-5 days per week.
Remuneration will be aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.
