We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team.
You will be the 'face of the company' and front line contact for all of our customers. This position is 'hands on' and a vital part of our team. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys building strong relationships with our customers, and our team.
Serving customers and processing all transactions correctly
Maintain accurate and up to date paperwork
Answering telephone calls from customers and key suppliers
Ensuring our customers are liaised with and services provided in a timely manner
Managing enquiries and assisting customers face to face and via phone
Processing orders and driver dockets
Inducting all new customers onto our yard
Health and safety
To be successful in this role you will need:
2+ years' experience in Customer Service
A willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
Good attention to detail especially in data entry and customer service
A positive, professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A commitment to providing excellent customer service
The ability to multi-task
Confident computer skills
A current driver's licence
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the role, is accountable and wants to be part of our successful team. Experience in the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Remuneration will be aligned with the skills and experience you bring to the role.
