We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our Takanini branch ASAP.
In this role you will be the friendly face of our office, responsible for handling all client and customer enquiries, providing administrative support, as well as ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming face
Keep up to date with current promotions and property pricing
Completing AML Administrator tasks as required
Entering listings in MyDesktop
Processing all sales
Running errands, mail and banking
Filing and data entry
Setting up meetings and arranging catering when required
This is an important role within our busy office, so we are looking for a 'people person' with previous administration / reception experience, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.

Previous Real Estate industry experience

This is a full time role working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
