  • Harcourts are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team starting ASAP.

    Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each day. Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Filing and managing all property documentation
    • Rentals diary management
    • Scheduling all work notices
    • Arranging inspections
    • Invoicing bills
    • Entering bills into our system
    • Liasing with clients
    • Reception
    • PLUS more!
    This is an important role needing someone with great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to use initiative and work proactively.

    You'll also need to have:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A full drivers license
    • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    • The ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
    • Strong planning and organisation skills
    • Great attention to detail and accuracy
    • The ability to work without supervision
    Previous experience is preferred, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
