  • We currently have an opportunity for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This will be a challenging but rewarding position working alongside a high achieving sales agent who is recognised for providing a bespoke, personalised and exemplary service to their clients.

    Naturally, you will share a passion for real estate, homes and people. You will be an administration superstar, enjoy the growth of a constantly evolving environment while working alongside a proactive and professional team.

    Success here will not simply happen by doing what you are told. You will need to know the desired outcomes, prioritise your time and projects and help make decisions as to how best to achieve the goals set out for the agent.

    To be successful in this role you will possess:
    • An administration background ideally at least 2 years.
    • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Package as well as social media platforms.
    • The ability to prioritise, multitask and work under tight deadlines while being responsive to a dynamic environment is essential.
    • Ability to lead when required.
    • A creative, solution-oriented mind with the ability to be able to present solutions when problems arise.
    • It is essential that you are proactive, have intuition and can work easily unsupervised but also under direction at the agents request.
    • Database entry, management and growth experience.
    • Exceptional time management skills.
    • Driven by achieving exceptional results.
    • Highly organized (must be unparalleled in the being organized category).
    • Incredibly loyal and relationship-driven.
    • Amazing attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude despite what the day may bring.
    • Exceptional memory to remember even the smallest of details.
    • Excellent spelling and grammar skills and be able to proofread all marketing materials.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Diary management.
    • Database management and growth.
    • Preparation market appraisals.
    • Management of listing and sales documentation.
    • Prepare and send vendor reports.
    • Dealing with incoming emails and answering calls.
    • Produce daily briefs via email.
    • Prepare presentations.
    • Working on projects and carrying out research.
    • Client care with vendors, buyers and photographers etc.
    • Management of contractors.
    • Daily organising of agent.
    • Anticipating and responding to the needs of vendors and purchasers.
    • Managing advertising campaigns.
