  • We're on the lookout for a Parts Advisor to join our fantastic team at Duncan & Ebbett Tauranga. This is a full-time role between the hours of 7:30am and 5.30pm Mon - Fri, and rostered Saturdays where required.

    Duties include but not limited to:
    • Interacting & building relationships with clients, face to face and over the phone
    • Quoting price & availability of stock
    • Encouraging sales of parts merchandise, accessories and additional products or services to clients
    • Monitoring & maintaining parts stock levels
    • Reporting to and supporting the Aftersales Manager
    • Checking parts in on arrival from supplier
    • Returning surplus parts to supplier
    • Managing the store room to be tidy and organised
    • Completing stock documentation
    • Working with the service and workshop teams to ensure parts are available when required
    Skills required:
    • Excellent organisational ability
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Good time management skills
    • Sound Word and Excel skills
    • A can-do attitude and always on time
    • Reliable and adaptable
    • Experience within the automotive industry is preferred
