    Our top achieving agent is expanding his team and we are looking for a Personal Assistant to support him and his team. You will be based in the Bayleys House in Frankton.

    Working alongside his Senior Personal Assistant, duties will include ensuring Bayleys standards are maintained at all times, ensuring all advertisements and marketing collateral are created, proofed and ready within deadlines, creating relevant documents including submissions and Sale and Purchase Agreements, loading properties into our CRM system and most importantly being very much part of the team.

    Working as part of a high performing team, your communication skills, time management and organisational skills are second to none. Your can-do attitude and willingness to learn and support the team along with your exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize, are what make you stand out.

    You will be highly confident using the MS Office Suite, and experience with creating and manipulating digital creative content would be valuable.

    It is essential that you are highly confident and proactive with a can-do attitude and growth mindset. You will take great pride in your personal presentation and standards.
