    At Speedy Signs Henderson, we're looking for an outgoing Marketing Assistant / Customer Service specialist to join our team in this multifaceted role.

    Reporting to and assisting the business owner you will required to undertake and facilitate; telemarketing, lead generation, social media, database marketing and customer service.

    As we are a small office, you will also be the face of our showroom. Therefore, you must be confident meeting and greeting customers as well as answering incoming calls and corresponding with customers via email. It would be highly desirable if you were confident filtering sales leads and preparing quotes.

    The successful candidate will need:
    • First class written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • An outgoing, friendly and approachable personality
    • A positive attitude with a focus on quality customer outcomes
    • The ability to multitask in a busy environment
    • Initiative and the ability to learn new tasks
    Previous experience in either the sign / graphics industry would be an advantage, however this is not essential. We are interested in candidates that come from a marketing background and that show an outgoingness and willingness to learn.
